Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

United Kingdom Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.
Standard Delivery
● Free shipping on all UK orders.
● Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping
At this time, MILAH Nutrition only ships within the United Kingdom.
We hope to expand international shipping in the future.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
MILAH Nutrition cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at milahnutrition@gmail.com and we will work with the courier to investigate the issue.

Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged package and product.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
